The Slaters made the journey to Lostwithiel reserves and were unlucky to come away with a 1-0 loss.  Delabole did travel with a much depleted side only having 11 players.

Delabole Utd AFC travelled to bitter local rivals Boscastle Reserves and unfortuatley lost out to them in a thrilling match 5-3.  The Slaters goals were Sam Turner (2) and a Ben French penalty.

The Slaters narrowly lost to and in form North Petherwin Reserves who are currently sitting second in the division.  Delabole were leading 1-0 at halftime but only just lost out 2-3 in the second half.  The Slaters goals were from Matt Mountain and Sam Turner.

Delabole Utd AFC entertained visitors Week St Mary mens last Saturday, looking to continue their fine wining form.  The Slaters went in at half time 1-0 up but sadly couldn’t make the result stick and lost the match eventually 2-1.  Ted Meagor was the scorer for Delabole.

Delabole Utd AFC continued their winning ways away to Gunnislake Reserves last week and ran our 4-1 winners. This was the home sides first loss of the season and Delabole can feel proud of taking this scalp. The Slaters goals were by Matt Mountain, Dave Ord and a brace from Aidan Davis.

The Slaters gained a morale boosting win against the bottom club North Hill, running out eventual 4-0 winners.  The goals were from Matthew Mountain (2), Mac Irwin and a OG.

Delabole Utd AFC entertained Lostwithiel Reserves 2 weeks ago and despite winning 1-0 at half time, the visitors grabbed the equaliser and sharing a point each at the end of the game. Daniel Mountain scoring The Slaters goal.

The Slaters were playing in the first round of the junior cup at home on Saturday 18th September against Castle Royale 1sts from the Plymouth & West Devon league.  They only were just beaten 3-2 and sadly the cup run has ended prematurely.

Delabole Utd AFC travelled to North Petherwin Reserves today came away with a disappointing loss, coming away with a 4-2 defeat.

Delabole Utd AFC finally got their season off and running with a first win in what appears to be a crazy scoreline match, running out winners away to North Hill 7-9.

Scorers to follow

Delabole Utd AFC played local rivals Boscastle Res for the first home game of the season and narrowly lost out in this game 3-2.  Delaboles goals were from Churlton Fairman and Ted Meagor with Delabole having one sent off.  A draw was a fair result really on the day and Delabole played much better overall.

The Slaters got the Duchy division 2 season off to a disastrous start suffering a 6-1 away defeat to Week St Mary mens. Reagan Burrell netted the only goal for Delabole. Hopefully the next game against Queens Rangers will provide a better result and give our season a much needed boost.  It is only the start of the season so lots still lots to play for .

The Duchy league will be commencing soon with a restructured league system in place.  
There will be 3 divisions in the new league set up.  They are as follows:

Division 1 East
Division 1 West
Division 2

Delabole Utd AFC will play in Division 2 which will comprise of teams from the East and West.
The new league season starts for The Slaters on 14th August 2021 away to Week St Mary Mens.
The Slaters first home game of the season will be against local rivals Boscastle Reserves on 28th August 2021.
